About Me!

Hello! My name is Kim! I lived in San Francisco most of my life but 4 years ago I moved to Los Angeles (specifically Torrance) for my first job as a nurse! I am a registered nurse in the state of California and have been working as an acute care nurse for the last 4 years at Little Company of Mary Hospital.

Throughout my life, God has given me a heart for missions overseas and locally, a heart for medical missions, and a heart for children, especially orphans and foster care children.

It was on this missions trip to Kenya (March 2013) where God
affirmed my desire to go serve for a year or longer!
Kenya 2013 -With Jael and Jane from Beloved Homes
The girl on the right (in the purple) was so broken when she came to the orphan home
(she didn't want to talk to anyone and was scared of everybody)
and now a year later she's smiling, making silly faces and happy!

I am thankful for the opportunity to be sent with Africa Inland Missions to work as a nurse at Good Shepherds Fold and live out these desires that God has given me!

I am SUPER excited to see what God will show me and how He will use me to further His kingdom in Uganda and bring the hope of the gospel to His people!
